December 10, 2025:
After last weekend’s split in the North Country against Clarkson and St. Lawrence, the Big Red now sit at seven wins through their first 11 games. With the season on pause for study break and the holidays, they won’t return to the ice until January 2nd and 3rd, when they host Omaha in Ithaca. Head coach Casey Jones joins us for his weekly visit to look back on last weekend’s action and discuss how the team is preparing for the long break.

Last Saturday, Cornell men’s hockey renewed its rivalry against Boston University in a nearly-sold out Madison Square Garden for Red Hot Hockey, where they fell 2-1. After a weekend split at Harvard and Dartmouth, Cornell men’s hockey returns home at 2–2 for its first games at Lynah Rink this season against Brown and Yale. Head Coach Casey Jones joins Nick Karski for his weekly Wednesday visit to recap the New England trip, highlight Alexis Cournoyer’s impressive start, and preview a special home opener honoring the late Hall of Famer, Ken Dryden.

Cornell men’s hockey opened the season with a weekend split at UMass, dropping a 2-1 decision on Friday before bouncing back with a 3-1 victory on Saturday. Head Coach Casey Jones joins the show for his weekly Wednesday appearance to break down the weekend’s games, highlight the impact of the freshmen, discuss the goalie situation, and preview the Big Red’s upcoming league matchups at Harvard and Dartmouth.

A new season of Cornell men’s hockey is here, as the Big Red hit the road to face nationally ranked UMass to open the campaign. Casey Jones takes over the reins as head coach after serving as the team’s associate head coach last season. He joins the show to preview this weekend’s matchup, break down the goaltending competition, and share his vision for the program heading into the new year.
